Delete your account

You can delete your account and all your data at any time, either from the app itself or from this page. Deletion is final and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

When you request deletion, we permanently erase:

  • Your user account (email and credentials).
  • Your synced settings (preferences, theme, Bible translation).
  • Reading history, streaks and favourites.
  • Your saved notes and reflections.
  • AI-generated response cache linked to your account.

Processed within a maximum of 30 days. Data cannot be recovered after that period.

Option 1 · From the app

This is the recommended path if you have the app installed:

  1. Open VerseAI on your device.
  2. Go to Settings → My account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.
  4. You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to validate the request.

Option 2 · From this website

If you don't have the app installed, enter your credentials. We'll send you an email with a confirmation link.

If you use social login

If you created the account with Google, Apple or another external provider, you can't use the form (you don't have your own password). Sign in to the app and delete the account from Settings → My account, or write to us at privacidad@verseai.uk from the address linked to your account.

By email

You can also request deletion by emailing us at privacidad@verseai.uk from the address linked to your account. We'll reply within a maximum of 30 days.
